We really hope you are happy with your purchase however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return it. If this is the case, please contact us within 28 days at info@corinnelapierre.com.

Returns
Goods may be returned in their unopened packaging within 28 days of receipt. If 28 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will decide if it is eligible for a refund.
If  approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note some banks will take a few days before showing a refund on your account.

Sale items
Sale items can only be refunded at sale price (the amount paid by you when ordering).

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Covid 19 business interruption

Dear Customers,

Please note that we are closing for 3 weeks , following the government guidelines. We decided it was best to keep the team safe.

You can still place orders but we will not send anything until we reopen on 13th April.
